Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 9 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
- Non-returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on products such as:
- Intimates (panties, bras, shapewear, etc.)
- Hosiery and leggings
- Swimwear
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
- How to Return:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any other relevant details.
- You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with the return shipping instructions.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged for return.
Refunds
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Amount: If the return is accepted, the full amount paid for the product (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded. If your order received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Failed Deliveries: If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to claim from the courier, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges, and no refund will be provided unless the item is returned back to us in resellable condition.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping charges.
